A delightful fresh, zesty and characterful Organic Veredjo from the north of Rueda. This is a Verdejo with extra palate weight and richness, but with plenty of acidity to balance it.Produced from the small vineyards surrounding the winery which are organically cultivated. The wine is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, and kept on its lees for 3 months, then rested before bottling. Fresh citrus and herbaceous characters on the nose. The palate has ripe stone fruit and an appealing texture. The finish is bright with crisp and zesty lime acidity.
