This is like a blended 'vintage' champagne with 70% coming from the 2018 vintage. Its a step u from a lot of 'Non Vintage' Champagnes yet still is attractively priced hence offering super value.

R.018 represents Récolte or Harvest 2018, with 70% of the wine selected from the 2018 and 30% made from reserve wines. 2017 for intensity, 2016 for freshness and 2014 for fruitiness. Only 80% of the blend undergoes malolactic fermentation to accentuate the sensation of freshness.

The R.018 is fresh and intensely citrus on the nose. This is followed by generous, ample and intense fleshy white fruits on the palate. The finish is long and clean with a slightly, creamy texture.
