I think Ive found the answer to New Zealands frost damaged 2021 vintage! Not only is it comparable to Kiwi Sauv, its a deal cheaper. The grapes are sourced from the Aconcagua region’s coastal Leyda Valley which is totally on the other side of the Pacific Rim to Marlborough but there is a similar pungency and aromatic profile common to the two. The key is the fresh coastal breezes that ensure the grapes ripen slowly which allows the grapes to retain their natural citrus flavours and freshness but also to develop great aromatics.  

 winemaking is simple to preserve this crunchy, bright fruit. Cool fermentation in stainless steel is followed by a couple of months on their fine lees which adds texture and depth. It's bottled early to retain the primary characters, flavours and freshness of this enchanting fruit.
