I bought this as a small parcel - hence the great price. Its made by a well-respected Chateauneuf-du-Pape producer, indeed the grapes are sourced from the family's vineyards only 10miles from Chateauneuf itself so in all respects its a mini-Ch9dP. Its a blend of only 2 grape varieties ( 70% Grenache and 30% Cinsault ) whereas Ch9dP can have up to 10 varieties. However once you get a whiff of the sumptuous garrigue-provence herb nose you'll know why I snapped it up. Beautifully perfumed and lovely extracted flavours with a soft underlying mellowness that can only come from a top producer.
This should retail around £12.50
