This is the brilliant Rioja House,Ontanon's eco-friendly wine as its made from organically certified vineyards at 500m altitude. It undergoes the same meticulous wine making details that the other wines receive and is aged for 5 months in 1st and 2nd year French and American oak. ( the American being slightly sweeter)  The palate is structured with complex, ripe red fruit, clove and black pepper characters. Poised and well-balanced with fresh acidity and a touch of mocha on the long finish.

Ripe plum and dark cherry fruit, shavings of dark chocolate and a twist of spice with gentle tannins, meaning the focus is in the fruit and letting the Tempranillo shine. A full-flavoured modern style of Rioja.
