I recently discovered this most amazing wine and just had to buy some! Its probably the most unique wine I've tried in ages, but also one of the most compelling and truly glorious.
A blend of Verdello and Procanico, two obscure grape varietals with distinct characteristics that come together to create a harmonious and complex flavour profile. A classic case of the whole being greater than the sum of the parts.
The nose is simply superb with hints of apples and a touch of sherried fruit which I always associate with Natural wines. So gorgeous, so lovely.
Organically grown grapes whilst the estate is in conversion. A natural wine.
