Vin des Potes loosely translates as "wine to drink with your mates" - I wouldnt share a drop of this with any of my mates!

To be honest, I didnt really want to try this wine at a recent tasting as I'm generally not a fan of colombard but OMG - I'm so pleased I did! One small sip and I was left speechless! Its so unusual but in a really nice way. If I had to impress you on one of its glorious attributes then it would have to be the sensational texture/mouthfeel. Apparently its down to the wine being unfiltered. The wine is made from organic, Biodynamic grapes - its no coincidence that some of the worlds best wines are biodynamic and this wine is a superb example of what can be achieved with hard toil in the vineyard. Excellent.

Slightly cloudy due to being un-filtered. Sherbet on the nose with pithy lemon and lime, a streak of minerality and a lovely savoury/saline aspect on the palate.
