A classic Southern French blend of Roussanne 60%, Grenache Blanc 20%, Viognier 20%. I'm tempted to say 'What a peach of a nose' as that's exactly what it smells like! Gently aromatic on the nose with ripe nectarines, apricot and some spice on the palate. Classy, rounded and satisfying with a long ripe finish. Bouncy and modern but very much of its place.

Château l’Ermite d’Auzan Blanc, AOP Costières de Nîmes [Organic & Biodynamic] 2025: A fresh, vibrant, zesty style with a touch of lemon verbena. Rounded in texture, but only light- to medium-bodied, with well-balanced acidity. Fairly persistent finish. Refreshing, with tangy acidity. 91pts Decanter (February 2026)
