A classic southern French blend of Syrah, Mourvedre, and Grenache (40:30:30) - that leads to a truly sumptuous nose that makes you want to dive in! And why not? the palate is equally as engaging with forward, fresh blackberry and cherry are shaded by notes of bramble, sage and thyme. It’s a peppery, savoury, crisply balanced wine with a brisk, delicately tannic finish.
