Made by a southern French wine estate that really cares about its sustainability credentials and its impact on the environment. Its been Organic for some time but has recently been awarded the Demeter biodynamic label in 2024. Pretty impressive for such a large producer ( 80 acres ) as alot of hard work has to be done in the vineyards - a testament to the commitment of the father and son team. 

A serious, biodynamic and organic, zippy rosé made from a Grenache, Cinsault blend. It just really works for me with an attractive cherry blossom pale pink hue with fresh white-peach and raspberry/cranberry flavours. An inviting muskiness throughout with a fresh, thirst-quenching finish. Supple and silky on the palate, it’s balanced by brisk mineral tones. The wine is oh-so-easy drinking yet sophisticated.
