Product Description

Pale salmon pink in the glass with delicate aromas of meadow flowers. This luscious blend has abundant rich berry flavours from the Grenache and a satisfying tang from the Cinsault. Dry but with a noticeable roundness and fresh finish.

Victoria Moorewriting in the Daily Telegraph wrote about it ( in its other bottling label)

Pasquiers Grenache Cinsault Rosé 2017: Made in the Languedoc but its a very good copy of a Provençal style – pale and with a savoury, herbaceous quality and a nip and tuck on the finish.

2014 Vintage: "Boutinot's winemaker on the ground in the Languedoc, Eric Monnin, clearly has a nose and palate in tune with what drinkers in the UK are looking for from their rosé. As with his work in the Rhône, finding the right wines to fit that profile takes time, effort and plenty of long-term relationships. In this case, it's led to a Provence-style rosé that, in the words of the Top 100 judges, is "pale pink with a crisp red fruit nose, while the palate is brisk, clean and refreshing, with a softness of texture and some delicious strawberry fruit". The Wine Merchant 'Top 100' 2015, Judges Comments
