A delightful equal split blend of Grenache Blanc and Clairette. Grown under Biodynamic principles so enormous attention to detail in the vineyard. Both varietals are vinified separately without malolatic fermentation to preserve freshness.

Rich, fleshy southern fruit is matched by fresh acidity and rounded off with a long fruity finish. An interesting earthy and garrigue touch provides lovely lift and balances the ripe fruit aspect.
