A special 'cuvee' from a small 1.5 hectare plot of vines with an average age of 40 years old producing only 9000 bottles a year. Grown on Kimmeridgian soils, on south and south-eastern facing slopes in the commune of Beine.
Classic traditional Chablis - it has a restrained savoury, citrus and herbal nose followed by greater intensity on the palate. Cooked lemons, green apples and a stoney minerality are complemented by a nice citrus acidity to the end with a lovely clean finish.
