Silver Medal Decanter Wine Awards 2025 V2021 - Cedary nose with minty undertones, aromas of fleshy fruit. Polished and fresh on the palate, full-bodied style with softening tannins.

2019 Vintage - Decanter Silver medal 2022 

A very consistent over-achiever made mainly from 40 year old Tempranillo vines, this beautiful Rioja has 10% Grenache included in its mix to give a bit more body and fragrance. The wine is matured in American and French oak which imparts a sweet savoury element and some 'tar'/liqourice/vanilla from the charred oak. This obviously gives an extra dimension to the cherry, berry and plum flavours with a light smoky interest, whilst red berry juicy acidity keeps everything fresh and focussed.
