A classic, pale rose-gold rosé. A very pretty herbal, red fruits and white peppery nose followed by a fresh, moreish acidity on the palate. A well balanced, Provence rosé.

This is beautiful pale-coloured Rosé has been included in The Wine Merchants Top 100 for 2016. It replaces our old favourite Ch Moutete that was recently bought by Domaine Ott. Its new to the Uk and its organic too - so no nasty herbicides marring the elegant nose and flavours. A blend of 10 different grape varieties, predominatly Cinsault, Grenache and Vermentino for the luscious textural mouthfeel, this wine has a splendid balance of fruit concentration, weight and length and a delightful slight-cranberry  acidity on the finish.
