Now here's a find! A new portfolio of wines made from local varietal grapes from the Serra da Estrela region with some of the highest mountain vineyards in Portugal. Freshness and fruit character are paramount to these wines and at no point could you say they are heavy, cloying or over-extracted.

Hugely appealing and lifted red fruit aromas with a gently herbal note. Crunchy strawberry and raspberry fruit on the palate, which is fresh and elegant with smooth tannins and bright acidity.

Made from Jaen, Alfrocheiro, Touriga Nacional, and Tinta Roriz. After harvesting each grape variety is vinified separately, with gentle extraction, and aged in cement tanks. In the spring following the harvest they are blended together, and the wine remains in cement before bottling.
